Welcome to the Community Foundation. We are an independent non-profit grant making organisation that provides a one stop solution for those who want their giving to be for the lasting benefit of their local community.
We make sure that all community investments are directed to local groups or projects that are in real need of funding and will make a genuine measureable difference to the community and people they serve.
